Adviser platform online registration

To register to use the adviser platform, you will need to have access to the "Your Nucleus login details" letter that will have been sent to you in the post. This letter contains your security information that is required to register for the platform.

If you are a client, you will need to register to use client portal here. You'll need information from the Nucleus login information email sent to your registered email address and the "Your Nucleus login details" letter that will have been sent to you in the post.

Username	this is your email address (up to the first 30 characters) as shown in the letter "Your Nucleus login details".
Registration number	this is provided in the letter 'Your Nucleus login details'.
Enter new password	enter a password of your choice, we recommend a password that with at least eight characters and contain a combination of letters and numbers. You will be asked to change your password on a regular basis.
